While playing Bus Simulator 2015, road conditions are realistic, such as slick roads from the rain, and there are accidents that can wipe out the bus if you aren't careful while you're driving. There are several locations where you can drive a bus, such as Rome or Alaska. Each location features different conditions that change according to the time of year and your experience. Tilt your phone so that you turn a bit easier. You can also tap the screen to turn, which is sometimes easier as the turns are a bit more gentle.
